I record power output and then train to improve it.

 

Why power output?

 

The best athletes in the world exhibit more power on the playing field then those in the middle of the pack. They have broad skills that help fuel their power. Some programs would have you specialize on one skill in the off season, what if that one skill isn’t what you need to improve performance? How do you know what skill you need?

 

At CrossFit Old Town we train all 10 general physical skills including Strength, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, and Balance; this is the way to Elite performance.
